At present there are 5 CD-ROMS containing the COADS, including all but
the Arctic and Antarctic areas. The locations of the data contained in
each CD-ROM are given in the maps below. The data has been sorted
into files that contain all the observations in a 2-degree square, and
these are contained in 10-degree squares.
